With 25+ Billion colony forming units (CFUs), Ther-Biotic Complete is one of the most comprehensive and beneficial probiotics avaialable. Time and time again, probiotics have been clinically proven to improve immune function.

Take one capsule per day with food.  I consider this to be the cornerstone of improving immune function, as the majority of our immune anatomy resides in our digestive tract. A happy GI tract means a happy immune system.

Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 has been shown to decrease symptoms of influenza-like symptoms, mainly by modulating the immune system. (PMID: 16959053)

We recommend Thorne D-5000 (Vitamin D3) – 1 capsule daily (5,000 IU), although at times of acute illness the amount may be increased. At times of symptom onset, contact our office for more specific dosing information.

Immune Health Spray
Immune Balance, 5oz (150ml), is a liquid colostrum product that is room temperature stable for two years (shelf life). Immune Balance has a pleasent vanilla flavor.
